Working closely with one of our long term clients, JCP Shires were engaged to produce 3D designs and manufacturing drawings for various operational stations for their local client. These stations formed part of ongoing package of works to support the clients production expansion and brand new production line. Working closely with the manufacturing company and their client, site surveys were conducted to capture details from their existing equipment already in use. Consideration for the encoders, sensors and adjustment required to accommodate the variable product range was also incorporated into the designs. Following on from this detailed proposals and layouts were produced for consideration by the client, prior to the completion of detailed manufacturing drawings and assembly drawings.
